7.2 Fraudulent Payment Activities

The use of stolen cards, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited.
Such activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of services and balances, and a permanent ban from our platform.
LumaProxy reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the issue is caused by LumaProxy, such as:

• Service downtime or malfunction directly attributable to us;
• Technical failures preventing proxy functionality.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Misconfiguration or misuse by the user;
• Target-specific blocks or issues beyond our control;
• Violations of these Terms.

9. No Use By Minors

LumaProxy services are intended only for individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, notify our support team immediately via Discord.

LumaProxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property
